标题: 好喝的排骨汤‌的做法

猪骨头买回来先飞水，煮出血水，冲洗干净
把洗净的猪骨，水，葱，姜，八角一起放入高压锅里，大火上气后调小火压40～50分钟左右（由于你我使用的高压锅品牌不一样，时间可根据自家的功能而设定）。
压好的骨头汤。把葱姜八角捞出来倒掉，如果直接做汤，可以换炒锅加热调味（也可以直接用高压锅加热调味），如果做菜备用，先放凉分装好冷冻保存。
直接做汤：换个炒锅继续加热，加盐，胡椒粉，生抽少许(不喜欢有颜色可不加)，鸡精少许，香菜，香葱调味。关火后加几滴香油即可。
小贴士
大骨头汤，简单易做，原汁原味，补钙好汤！
我买的是小腿骨。肉和汤都很赞！
这只是我个人喜欢，觉得炒锅加热快，高压锅重新加热速度会慢一些。
